个人简介

2010年6月博士毕业于南京大学电子科学与工程专业，2016~2017日本物质材料研究所访问学者。主要研究方向为宽禁带半导体及器件物理特性的研究，包括半导体外延技术及器件工艺、器件设计优化与性能的理论模拟、半导体表面与界面相关领域的研究。先后主持国家留学基金委访学项目1项、中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项、省级科学基金项目3项。指导大学生创新创业项目1项，申请授权发明专利1项，发表SCI论文20余篇。
